1.06 million square feet of office space coming soon to Quail Hill in Irvine!
Spectrum Terrace is a long-planned, city-approved office project that will be located on 73 acres north of State Route 133 and just off the San Diego (I-405) Freeway.
The office campus is designed to attract high-wage businesses that want to be located in the coveted Irvine Spectrum District.
The campus offers nine four-story buildings to be built to the highest standards in architectural design and meet LEED Gold certification requirements.
1,340 mature trees will be incorporated throughout the site as part of the landscaping plan.
Buildings will be set back 260 to 400 feet from the perimeter streets.
Two on-site cafes and three fitness centers are included to minimize off-site vehicular trips.
Rough grading has commenced and the first phase is anticipated to be completed in summer 2019.
